Job Title: Part-Time Sales Representative (Commission-Only)

Eila Media is a fast growing startup that specializes in advertising for local businesses and events inside local businesses. We place digital billboards in high-dwell-time areas, allowing one local business to reach another’s customers right where they already are.

Job Summary

We’re hiring self-driven Part-Time Sales Reps to sell digital advertising campaigns to local businesses.

• 100% commission-only (no base pay)

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect local businesses via phone, email, LinkedIn, or in-person drop-ins (optional).

• Present venue photos, sample loops, and simple pricing.

• Close contracts with upfront or monthly-payment terms.

• Coordinate installs and ad creative updates.

• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients—check in monthly, upsell add-ons, and keep clients on month-to-month service (renewals available when needed).

Requirements

• Sales experience (B2B or local advertising a plus); trainable closers welcome.

• Comfortable dropping in, cold-calling or emailing local business owners.

• Self-managed—set your schedule.

• Laptop/phone, fast internet.

• Eligible to work in Herkimer/Oneida County.

Compensation

• Commission-only: 20–25% of the full contract value, paid in one lump sum 30 days after the client signs (once they’ve made 2 payments and are past the refund window).

• Example: a 6-month deal at $300/month pays $360. A 12-month deal pays $720. Top deals (12 months with add-ons like social media management and multiple screens) pay up to $1,800.

• Additional $50 for every new screen placed.
