Job Summary

We’re hiring self-driven Part-Time Sales Reps to sell digital advertising campaigns to local businesses.

• 100% commission-only (no base pay)

Key Responsibilities

• Prospect local businesses via phone, email, LinkedIn, or in-person drop-ins (optional).

• Present venue photos, sample loops, and simple pricing.

• Close contracts with upfront or monthly-payment terms.

• Coordinate installs and ad creative updates.

• Maintain ongoing relationships with clients—check in monthly, upsell add-ons, and secure renewals.

Requirements

• Sales experience (B2B or local advertising a plus); trainable closers welcome.

• Comfortable dropping in, cold-calling or emailing local business owners.

• Self-managed—set your schedule.

• Laptop/phone, fast internet.

• Eligible to work in Herkimer/Oneida County.

Compensation

• Commission-Only: 20–25% per contract (full details at onboarding).

• Typical deals: Client pays $300–$600/month → Commission $60–$1,200 per close.

• Additional $50 for every new screen placed.

• Payout weekly after the client's introductory period ends.
